“I Was Alive.”

A blur of a mess strewn onto my canvas
The glimpses of heaven strained into the bleakest purgatory I could ever imagine
I knew I was much happier then
When I would smile and I would laugh
When the whirlwind of us enveloped my soul
Declaring to the void that has swallowed me whole
That I was alive and it reeked of perfection
That I would dwell with you there will never be taken from me.
